You can make bullet proof plates out of fibreglass.

Pop that in your plate carrier.

Saw my partners tshirt on the coffee table and thought it was the cat

Too anxious to stop being anxious because something might go wrong if I'm not anxious even though stuff goes wrong whether I'm anxious or not but I can't remember how to not be anxious because it's been maybe about 50 years so far.
