When my clothes start getting holes in, which can be tricky to buy new clothes when you're quite short of money. I don't like wearing secondhand clothes so that is why I avoid buying clothes from charity shops.

I once tried buying second hand clothes from a charity shop and I remember a few t-shirts were like old rags.
