... The bread turned out weird. :lol:

It tastes so... Plain.
Granted; I've only put the bare minimum ingredients. Literally just a pinch of salt, no sugar or milk or anything except just a cup of plain flour, a spoon of yeast and poorly done in ratio water.

Also I have no idea what the heck am I supposed to do in kneading because the dough is always sticky.
And the resting times -- I blame my country's weather for making it confusing.

:lol:
At least it's not a complete disaster.
Else I'd yell 'the heck did I do?!?!?'.

Speaking of my country's weather...
IT'S FRICKING COLD. IN LATE JANUARY.

It's the kind of dry cold that usually happens around late months of the year between October to December -- in this city in particular.

Which did not even happened until around this week.

The cold is unusually almost a month late.
I wonder what it could mean in the coming months? The rest of the whole year?
