I gets me more and more outta sync with the requirements of this world. I don't like exercising after dark so sleeping during the bright part of the day causes me difficulty. doing errands is also challenging after dark. but I seem to be congenitally a night-owl in a world of larks.

Thinking of all the times I have let people down because I'm not emotionally capable. I can't tell how they feel, and even if they tell me, I don't know what to do. I am trying not to think about it, but still
