When I said that I wish I didn't have a special interest last night, I was feeling a little jealous because I've been treated like a freak by my parents for having special interests all through my childhood and teen years. There are also times that I feel like an old stick in the mud because my interests are old-fashioned compared to those of most WP members. I'm not going to run away this time. I've ran away from WP many times over the past 8 years.

It's hard to believe that my school friend has been gone for a year. She had a binge eating disorder. I miss her a lot.

Ironically, 1983 is the both the year that song came out and the year the Rites of Spring formed. Rites of Spring are probably the prototypical emo band (along with Embrace, Beefeater and Grey Matter).

Now I'm trying to picture what if Suicidal Tendencies became more post-hardcore sounding instead of more thrash metal sounding as time went on. :lol:

I didn't intend on the colour scheme of my bedroom being ebony and ivory with just a whisper of orange but somehow it's evolved that way

I like it. It's really really dark and then really really light all at the same time and then you get a squirt of orange in the eye
