Yeah, the media ran with that speculation and never bothered to follow up and report on the autopsy to nearly the same extent.

Dunno but my daughter and myself have a language that only went understand. It consists of only a handful of made up words and we just speak it all the time and we somehow know what each other is saying

It's not quite as advanced as Esperanto
