I miss the Matt Steiner days. On the other hand, Canada won a silver in Women's Weightlifting yesterday.

Just as I started listening to Funiculi Funicula, the male Italian weightlifter came onto the floor. That's creepy in a good way.

I turned over in bed and catapaulted my cat.
Literally, since he's a cat.
Didn't realise he was sleeping on the edge beside me.
Now he's sulking on the couch.

If I'm watching a movie, I dont cry when the dog dies.... I cry when the cavalry shows up.

What's with that?

That sucks. I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you for your kind words.

I no longer wish that I was made in England. I accept myself the way that I am. I was a little down in the mouth this morning.

Wait, is that not correct? :skull:

I feel lucky that I can speak. About 40% of people on the Spectrum are non-verbal.

My parents noticed today that I stim by putting my finger in my navel, and then refused to believe that I've been doing this in front of them for months and they've never noticed. My dad is omphalophobic and is horrified by this now that he's aware of it even though it never bothered him before.
I knew they paid very little attention to the world around them but I didn't think it was that extreme.

I remember when the original Beetlejuice came out in 1988. I'd laugh every time the commercial was on TV. The scene where the protagonist unzipped his mouth got me laughing in stitches.

Now, 36 years later there's a remake. I wish I could to go and see it. It's hard to make such plans when I don't "have a two pence in my pocket."
