A random thing to wonder about drifted into my head while lying in bed.

There was a Confederate general named George Picket who was famous for leading "Pickett's Charge" at the battle of Gettysburg.

General Pickett grew up on his family's plantation on Turkey Island Virginia.

What occurred to me was that General Pickett (or a relative) might have owned the ancestors of the Sixties African American soul singer Wilson Pickett ... famous for singing "Mustang Sally" among other hits a century later.

The newly freed slaves at the end of the Civil War often took the surnames of their White former slave owners.

So it could be.

Not that bad, but i had trouble eating since i was a Child, i already had food sensitivities and anxiety made me unable to eat for a while.
