I've lost my boys. The house feels so empty without them.

I was watching a time-lapse video of two golden retriever puppies aging from 11 weeks to 9 months as they are shown running to their food dishes. I thought it was cute but then read all the negative comments about how the dogs were slipping on the hardwood floor and that could injure them, especially since golden retrievers have some genetic thing with their joints. One lovely person also said it was a waste of time and effort and that dogs are not sentient, like goldfish. I had to tell him that that must mean cats and all other animals aren't either, and he was now my least favorite person. :(

My head hurts, and my tea is cold.

And the usual random fits of sadness / rage

Yesterday, the bug people were here again, for the mandatory extermination; and, AGAIN, I wasn't able to have it done cuz I'm unable to move my furniture----and, AGAIN, it cost me 30 dollars, because I wasn't prepared, and I was given a letter that I will be evicted in 35 days, if I don't comply. That's very scary----I don't know what to do----I can't afford the 30 dollars, each time, so I CERTAINLY can't afford to pay someone to come and move my furniture, and I don't have any friends / family, who can do it, and I don't know my neighbors..... I've been here, 16-and-a-half years----that really sucks!!

My psychologist appointment, in general. One of the questions on my paperwork asked me when my last tetanus shot was. I don't even remember, and I fail to see what the big deal is about tetanus shots, considering that it is a rare disease and I won't even get it anyway. Also, my psychologist gave me VERY sucky advice on handling my anxiety, and now I'm stuck with the fact that I feel like I belong on the f***ing Island of f***ing Misfit Toys!

Also, I wish my husband would let me know that he was coming home later because he had to attend a wake for a coworker's father. I understand this, but it would have been nice if I was included. :(

^ Funny, only yesterday I was asked when my last tetanus shot was. I really don't know when that was. Maybe never. The doctor and nurse seemed to think my answer was ridiculous.

What made me unhappy today: people in general. There are so many ill-natured people. I wonder what they gain by treating people badly. Probably they are just evil.

I know hearing this is just free speech/free expression, but what p****d me off just now is hearing a white guy shout the "N-word" repeatedly at an elderly black woman minding her own business.
