a word jumped in catatonia, oh, i knoooowww, maybe something like schizophrenia (catatonic type), more nasty words follow, disorganized schizophrenia
i've never seen a therapist, for their work that is, i don't know..........docters and the occasional social worker want to invalidate your words and get rid of you asap, and make you feel like an idiot, wasting your time, again

Tuesday.....

I'm reading a tale I wrote a few years ago, and it's seriously like it was written by someone else.
I'm wondering if having a breakdown can actually fundamentally change you. And - I don't know - delete parts of your brain or personality?
That looks really stupid written down, but reading the story, I don't even think like that, let alone liable to write like that. It's creepy. It's as if I was a completely different person with a completely different perspective (moreso than I did deliberately, anyway) just a few years ago.

I'm seriously considering choosing this home improvment specialist that has given me the first offer. It's apperently not a very good offer price wise, but I never expected to get a good offer anyway They can start the job maybe as soon as the beginning of December, that's much sooner then I expected.

I hope this election ends well tomorrow..... so much vitriol this time out.

I can't wait until the election ends, so I don't have to hear about it on the news anymore.

I know I have not posted here in a very very long time but what's on my mind right now is anxiety. I'm having anxiety over the fact that nobody supports my decision to write a short piece about my brother and living with him. In short my brother was not a pleasant person to live with but I still love him. I'm torn between writing about experiences that shaped my personality and my loyalty to my family. Nobody supports me and like I said it's making me anxious. What should I do?
