I was comparing myself to my niece the past few days. I was feeling bad about myself and my early childhood. My niece is 22 years old and my sister is in the very early stages of potty training her. I wasn't in that stage in my life until I was 2 and a half and I was still wearing diapers after my third birthday. I made a foolish mistake of comparing myself to a 22 month old and I was in a bit of a depressive state until I've just posted that Kinks song and decided to be honest about this. I'm going to be talking about a lot of truths and confessing a lot of things about myself today. That song was only the beginning.

My younger brother [by 6 years] and myself are often mistaken for twins.
We are like chalk and cheese though, he has tons of enthusiasm and confidence whereas I am extremely quiet and shy.

I like science.

fudo once chased a chinchilla around a house for at least an hour.. like a furry ninja it was.

I've managed to backlog 10 books for me to read during the summer; damn College, interfering with my reading schedule

the first tune fudo learned on the guitar was obviously smoke on the water, years later he played a jazzy rendition for posh people drinking champagne at the imax.. he doubts they realised what they were listening to, despite the lyrics being very clear that evening.

I'm obsessive about alphabetising my books and DVDs.

I once did a commercial but, it was for a local agency so, there was not real anxiety..

I have paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.

I stay up too late 99% of the time.

I have far too many jeans and if I see any on sale I seem to buy more.

It's hard not to take pride in my appearance after hiding behind unneeded horn-rimmed glasses or punkish hair and clothes for a decade, so please forgive me.

I find April Fool's jokes to be most annoying.
