Make life a win - win situation.
The key to mental health is to live life with a passion.
Find someone who is doing what you wish to be. Emulate them. Dissect their methods...make them yours...improve on them, if possible.
Apply unrelenting effort. Out work all others. You cannot help but succeed.
Should your life be cut short...you will have at least been walking the right path. That is second only to having achieved your goals.
Living a life of passion gives you more energy the higher you go. The higher you go, the more energy you will have, allowing you to go higher...
You will have entered a Positive Spiral. You will no longer fear failure or death. You will then be living life full and free, experiencing all the beauty that life holds.
You live...you will have experienced a life of passion...you win. Should you die short of your goal...you will have lived a life of passion...you win.

I'm not going to bother with those dances, anymore. I'd be better off, resting up, for the next day, in my apartment, and getting a few chores done.

I have a feeling that care bear is going to be like possum, where it just kind of baffles me at first, then becomes one of my favorites.

Jeez, my joints (knees and elbow especially) are hurting like hell today. As of late I must say really. Well, arthritis like troubles are known to exist in my family but having them at almost 40 y/o seems a bit early in life. Bugger.

Think I'm going to search the net and read stuff in books about it soon.... in order to learn what can be done food/herb-wise to minimize the bothers in the future. Maybe on the one hand excluding some food and including others could help a bit here also, I believe.

Starting with a bit more exercising.... now!
