I've got to crush that Teresa bug, so that I can eat properly, again. Though I'm not an actual member of Weight Watchers, I'm following the programme. I'm supposed to be eating 34 Points a day. I usually only eat 23 Points a day. Not good.

Today while I was taking a walk some guy I didn't know rode by on his bicycle and said to me "Nice beard ... red haired b****!" He was with another person, also on a bicycle. One in front of the other. He said this to me when they had already passed behind me. I didn't respond. If I were still young and stupid I might have responded in a way that would have generated laughter.

Sure, bullying is annoying, but on some levels it makes my personal feelings of paranoia feel more justified. Makes me feel more sane. It makes me feel like a survivor and that really makes me forget about my own weaknesses and shortcomings.
