I confess that although I disagree with a lot of what a particular person is saying, I do really, really appreciate their attempts to make me feel better. It is helping.

I confess, that I need to increase my exercise regiment despite the fact, it's very cold outside therefore not weather to go doing mild-moderate exercise...

I confess, that my Christmas shopping is a huge stress factor at the moment.

I also confess, that I have confessed the worst of my past deeds to my boyfriend and he didn't judge me, it just made him understand me better. :)

I confess that I'n still slightly upset about having a person turn on me, but I've forgiven that person and I no longer say nasty things about them to myself. That person was half my age. I guess a bit of the memory stays, so you know better the next time.

I confess, I've been eating so much so I can build some muscles and work out but I seem to be succeeding at it this time compared to the previous amount of times I tried.
