I don't want any rain in England because it makes me worry that the roof might be leaking.

I love old German songs, especially ones that sound like Christmas songs that transport me to a gingerbread mountain forest like this one.

I'm too much into Germany to be a true Canadian. That doesn't bother me. It bothers my mother dearest.

I have and it's a great selection. I've bookmarked it.

Getting kicked in the head by a horse isn't something that town people really think about on a day to day basis

There are two families of chipmunks in the backyard and they're at war with each other

I've been watching them all day and it's very amusing

If there's any justice in the world, then all the chronically toxic and psychologically abusive people deserve to go to a very bad place after they die

I think that's one of the reasons they invented the idea of heaven and hell. It's otherwise hard to live with the fact that bastards often get their way and will never get the come-uppance they so richly deserve. Personally I don't think there's any cosmic justice after death, and I think if the wrongdoers are ever going to be brought to justice, we're the ones who will have to do it.

If you have a strong interest in comic books and graphic novels, I took a class in how to write & draw
graphic novels for the Fall 2024 term at my college.

It was a very productive class and my professor was Brian Michael Bendis.

I don't like those modern joystick controls they have on mixer taps. I'm OK about mixer taps as a thing, but I find the 2-tap variety much more easy to control. But they'll be hard to get in a few years with the way things are going.
