I don't really understand enough about German history to know if he counts, but it would be J.S. Bach for me if he does.

Yes, I think you should start a thread about that, CR. I take it Germany is a special interest of yours, and I know how valuable special interests are for us, so I'd say you ought to express it here by making your own thread about it. :)
