Duck in Peking sauce with boiled rice.

I made spaghetti with homemade garlic bread and a simple salad.

2 corn dogs

Guacamole w/ tortilla chips and cranberry, raspberry juice.

Salmon steaks, cooked tomato, slices of cucumber, parsley.

Eggs and toast.

I'm just eating letcho but it contains too much courgette and too little tomatoes for my taste. It's one of my FAVORITE things to eat and it means A LOT when coming from the mouth of someone like myself - I hate eating.

That's the first time I've heard someone else say that... I don't hate food, I just hate eating...

I had a mushroom stuffed with breadcrumbs, peppers, tomatoes, chillies and sweetcorn with cheese. Some asparagus and some pineapple and grapes. Even the thought of eating mushrooms used to make me gag but recently I have found I quite like the large ones if they are well cooked and soft

In my case it's like that I find chewing and swallowing a very boring and tedious task. It takes so much time.

I feel like I can be bothered with it, not sure if I can explain it. I know a far bit about nutrition etc so it seems odd I'd feel like 'why bother with it?' cos i know why. I go through fazes of eating something loads and then go right off it and my son is the same. If I don't fancy something I have to really force myself to make the effort to eat it and have before prepared and cooked a meal early in the day and then gone off the idea by dinner time so made something else
