A couple of hundred grams of yoghurt. I skipped dinner completely tonight. Now I'm consuming a can of Bacardi & Cola.

a sliced lemon sandwich with thick white bread.
i was dreaming of a strawberry and oyster pie while i ate it so it improved my palatial (from "palate") appreciation i guess.
