I managed to stay vegetarian up until a French xmas dinner. Then I lost my vegetarianinity to an onslaught of food like oysters and venison.

The oysters were good. They don't like it when you put the lemon on them though, as it makes them squirm. Had snails too, and they didn't taste too bad, except I just couldn't eat more than one because my body was just trying to puke so hard. What was wierd was seeing my then girlfiend's little sister respond to the announcement of escargots, like someone had just produced candy.

Escargot sucks. Sea snails are the only way.

What about tarantulas? In some parts of the world, fried tarantulas are a delicacy. :-D

I think I would crap myself if I even saw a dead tarantula.

xD Sorry, I can't multitask at all and was just trying to find some more music to listen to. I have a headache too, so I guess that doesn't help the slowness.

I love oysters. But I don't eat them out of the shell. I pick it out.

I want a Tarantula as a pet. Hell, I could go for owning a few. It's just too bad my daughter would flip. Poor thing has panic attacks when any creepy crawly is anywhere near her.

How young is she? I'm sure if she's young enough, you could coax her out of her fear.
Once, a young toddler was at our house, and I approached her with my snake. She started panicking and was quite scared, but I told her my snake was cute. So she got wide eyed, touched my snake, and then cried when she left because she had to part with my snake. :P

Giant Isopods. They're basically giant rolly-pollies.

She's almost 4. I've been working on this fear of hers for over a year. She panics if a stray hair is on her, too. :-\

Suspected, but I don't plan on getting her evaluated until she's in school... *if* it poses a problem.
