A Swedish inventor invented the first automatic gas pump around 1920. It was fed with coins. However no oil company bought the invention, since it would have made gas station people unemployed.

A French grocer invented the grocery trolley. However, customers ignored them and continued to use hand baskets instead. He hired actors to use the trolleys and make comments praising them. The rest is history.

I have a scar on my left forearm which is a little over two thirds of the length of my forearm. If it was about 1.3 inches to the left, I would have bled to death. But Garlic didn't want me to die, so I hardly bled at all, and felt almost no pain.

At least WP history. There are very few NTs who would have missed me. I had exactly three friends at the time. Now I have about five friends.
