Because I was randomly thinking of elephant seals today and their cuteness. Now I can't stop thinking about them. You know I once saw some elephant seals when my family and I were driving to visit a friend. They are fun to watch. They also had some in Happy Feet.

A flower was in the very front of the picture, but the main focus was supposed to be the eye. (Eyes, when I don't have to make eye contact, are interesting to me. The avatar was called something like "The Eye of Mystery." I like eyes and I adore mysteries, so it seemed appropriate.) Anyway, I knew it changed colors, but I didn't realize that it went bright blue with the tear thing until this morning (I am not observant as of late). If the iris simply changed colors, I would have left it.
