Same one I do nonstop - rubbing the tip of my tongue against the back of my bottom teeth. I do this literally all the time unless eating or talking. Also flattening the tip of my nose against my lips.

Never considered most of the things written here as stims before.
But if I start now, at the moment i'm wiggling my toes and chewing on my lips.

I was using it pretty loosely with my last one. Mainly for me at the computer it's usually rocking and various hand/arm movements in between typing.

I've heard that impacted wisdom teeth really suck. I'm glad you were able to get it treated.

Thank you for explaining. My most common stims are also rocking and moving with my hands and arms. When I'm drawing or when my both hands are occupied with another activity it seems to migrate to my legs and feet though.

Right now I'm rocking back and forth.

In bed wiggling my foot/toes and biting the inside of my cheek while looking for a spare millimeter of my finger nails to bite.

Funny, the toe wiggling seems to be a thing here :)

Is clenching your teeth and constantly rubbing your clenched upper and downer set of teeth against each other to make melodies a stim? My teeth seriously hurt from it.

Chewing my jaw which I didn't even realize I was doing until now.

Mine are impacted. I've been told to get them removed but the fear of another meltdown (I had a root canal at 11 that caused a meltdown) and the cost has stopped me. My dentist told me it's only bad when you can't reach them to clean them anymore and I don't have that issue. No other problems either.

That's not logical I know because they push against and realign your other teeth but...I'm not over the other experience. I still hear and feel the drill.
