the temple grandin thing looks uncomfortable, and only gives lateral pressure, i want pressure ALL OVER, and massage does not help much because its only two hands...

Does having pressure applied release endorphins? I was just wondering because too much physical pressure (like being deep in the water) can cause painful spasms (related to proportion of certain blood gases) which may be an endorphin release for some.
Endorphin release is a nice feeling.

Endorphin release is a nice feeling.
deep pressure causes something to happen in the brain, it causes a chemical slowing of EEG waves which results in relaxation, it is theorized that sensory neurons do not develop beyond the stage of a baby (hence swaddling relaxes them in their first year of life)
