All's forgiven Sylkat, Frank may well have performed it as that sometimes for all I know.
You got me there, Susie creamcheese sounds familiar as a song title but I don't really know the song.

Even years after recovery, Bulimia can cause malnutrition which can lead to death.

Dear Tea Earl Grey Hot, can I ask why Bulimia can cause death years after recovery?
If someone is eating sensibly; sensible foods, and sensible amounts, how could the body be deprived of nutrients?
Not arguing, I really do want to know...
