Trader Joe's hummus wrap, hummus cucumber sandwich
yogurt
dark chocolate kit kat, one whopper
corn on the cob, four
apple, pear, orange

for the first day in 30 days, did not go over. already feel bloated though.

scale says no weight gain. but suspect scale malfunction.

some diseases have appetite increase/decrease and weight increase/decrease as a symptom

Around 10 am brief/ mild stomach ache

Did not prevent me from anything

After that, appetite haywire as usual

Felt bloated
