I have a habit of walking up non-public stairs on all fours. I walk down normal. I think it's easier and quicker. I'm a freak~

Stepped on a heavy gauge screw earlier today and it probably went in a good half inch (1.25 cm) into the ball of my foot and all I can think of is how it is going to screw up my training schedule. I am already limping around like a wounded animal and soon will be whining. ;)
