I know a few people who've had gall bladder surgery, and they all said that they felt much better very soon after the surgery.

No I don't worry excessively, rather the fact, I know what I'm good at but my job coach has been steering in a direction which is less conducive to me as an autistic person if this makes sense?

I got a little sleep fortunately, and my condition is better, although I am still in a lot of pain and can't eat much of anything. I'm not sure if or when I will have surgery, but I can keep you all posted.

Rate my baby meter 
It has no way to measure current of any real value but its temporally solution until I buy a fluke meter. Not saying I would buy that, just posting that to show they exist and they are awesome.
That little meter is actually very good for the money and will work for most basic situations spec wise.
