i can't sleep at all if i don't take my pills, i don't even get tired. i get exhausted, but i still can't sleep. i found out the kind of tired that lets you sleep. is mental tired. because i can be physically tired and emotionally tired, but i still can't sleep.

i'll start seeing colors and hearing things and still not be able to sleep. i figure if i didn't have my pills at all i would die from not sleeping.

but still i can understand sleeping problems very well. i hope you get some better sleep.

Which reminds me. There was once fish in our house, and I DID NOT want the smell inn my nose, so I took some toothpaste and ram down the block and wiped it above my lip so I couldn't smell the fish anymore.
