For dinner.. an hour ago.. Vegetables out of the wok (broccoli, carrot, leek, bean sprouts, a little bit of ginger, garlic and red hot chili pepper, sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper), plus rice and scampi's (fried on elec. barbecue). (plus sauce Hollandaise which was, well, unnecessary really)

I went eat out at a local place yesterday for lunch, I ate onion-rings, fried fish & french-fries(or as Stan Smith from American Dad calls em; american-fries) I was so full that I couldn't eat another bit & I'm still full & that was about 12hours ago; I did go to bed after but still
