Asparagus, pear, apple, celery, onion

Whole foods 0.75 pound salad bar:. Broccoli, collard greens, falafel, tofu, dal, . Delicious

Broth from (potatoes, beef, carrot, tomato, celery, onion soup)

Beef, naan

Whopper, chocolate, caramel, chocolate chip cookie


Lunch was late. Scheduled today badly. Not hungry at lunch but felt like eating as usual. Cold f**k I am beyond repair. Got back to my jail cell and ate til bloated and ate some more.


Did not go over.



Have to stop eating so much


Sooner or later, will be too busy or injured to walk 61 to 86 miles a week. (Sixty one). This is not sustainable unless you are mailman.

Had no interest in making or getting food today, so i got some bread out of the freezer and had a few slices with cheese.

True, you can call that "making food", but throwing some bread into the micro isn't exactly cooking.
