I wonder if the number of cultures should be simplified to four for now.

Is it that the heated feeling is essentially fighting about who caused the fall of Iutkrr or is it something else?
I do like how characters will be used. As for names, they can always be transliterated into the Phonic system, so any not-excessively-familiar name will be fine.
Aside from that, it seems to be fine.
