Just something I found while taking inventory of the stuff in my bus so I could start working on it.

Tonight's main meal: Roast pork with green beans, carrots and mashed potato with gravy.

Two pics from my trip to London...They're actually 'failed' pictures (the first one was taken while I was messing with the settings on my cheap camera, and the second was just randomly taken with the camera in one hand) but for some reason I really like them.

A rare cooked supper of...

...a black pudding burger with oven chips and baked beans with sausages.

This camera often doesn't perform particularly well above ISO 320 or so. I think this is proof of it, personally - or perhaps I just didn't get it sharp enough.

That sounds like FUN and would be something I would love to do! :) What all do you have planned for it?

I really like the one taken at night. I think it would be really cool to set a top a building at night all alone and just look at everything.

I prefer the two supper photos before this one. They made me want to eat them. But this, can you please explain the black pudding burger because to me, pudding + burger = :eew: add the black and you have :eew: :eew: .

Get it running and safe for my kids to ride in. Beyond that, I'm not sure yet. It needs lots of work, and I'm moving fairly soon.

Black pudding is a sausage made out of pig's blood mixed with pork fat and other flavourings. Elsewhere in the world, similar sausages are known as 'blood sausage'. In the UK black pudding is most associated with the Black Country area of the West Midlands but it is also identified with my home county of Lancashire. There are variations of this sausage, like white pudding (the same recipe but without the blood; very popular in Scotland and Ireland) and also red pudding (which is a red-coloured sausage that is most usually served at Scottish chip-shops - it is similar to the other two).

I'm sure they'll love riding in a bus. Keep your progress posted, I would love to see and hear about it no matter how long it might take. With all your other responsibilities, it's too be expected to take longer.

This is what a cooked bit of white pudding looks like:

Fascinating Teq thanks for your response. I'm familar with blood sausage and I don't care for them. I was wondering if it was similar to those. Does the Black Country mean Blood Country?
