Realising again that everybody gets sick of me after a few days and that being positive is just a form of self deception. And knowing that self deception is the only thing that's kept me going so far. It was a nice run but there's only one thing that make life bearable and i think im going back down that road again, nothing will ever change so i may as well enjoy life the best way i know how, overeating and drug abuse.

I was feeling upset and then on top of that receiving an email that has annoyed and frustrated me. I don't like being taken for a complete fool. I put a lot of thought into something only to have it whipped away.

My foot has swollen even more and I'm out of anti-inflammatory medication. Also, someone commented on one of my FB photos with "You look better without glasses."
