That sounds cool. Did they have a ceremony? They do sometimes with buildings.

There is a fall festival happening at our church that my husband and I are attending tonight. It will be taking place indoors, and from what I've heard, it sounds like a lot of fun.

Went to the grocery store, which was a horrible experience as always, but I got the cabinets and freezer stocked with enough food and the fridge stocked with enough soda that I won't need to go back for a long time.

One of my favorite movies is getting a Criterion Blu-ray release in January!

1. Getting in and out of a motor vehicle emissions testing station in less than an hour today.
2. Our boy is finally over his fever and getting his appetite back.
3. Finding decent quality cheese on sale at less than $2 a pound.

I'm a fan of Jane Austen's books in general, along with their many, many adaptations.

I'd recognise that pond-diving scene anywhere. ;)

I have been avoiding blue light at night and its only been 4 days and I feel tired tonight before I even took my sleep meds. This is a feeling I have not had in a long time. It gives me hope that I can overcome my insomnia and enjoy sleeping again. This make me happy. Finally life gives me a break.

Today my mother and I went on our weekly lunch out together. When I had finished my meal the waitress said I must have really enjoyed the food because I cleaned my whole plate. I told her it was delicious and said thank you. Afterwards mom said how I might once have taken that the wrong way and said something like, "What, are you saying I should have left some food on my plate so I don't look like a pig or something?"

I guess I've improved at not always thinking people are making fun of me all the time. Of course, I may still have occasional relapses. :)

Father made dinner before I leave for class so I don't starve, there's nothing in the vending machines (they never restock them) and the cafe isn't open during night classes.
