I confess that I've done little to nothing to prep for the Christmas season. I just can't get in the spirit with my husband deployed, especially since I'm staying with family right now, so I'm not even in our house with our own decorations. I also confess that I'm glad that my daughter is young enough to not really know the difference, so I get a free pass this time.

Indeed. On that note, I feel the ONLY Duck Dynasty that matters is the Mighty Ducks (the original film, and its two sequels, not necessarily the NHL hockey team).

I confess that every Christmas I get kind of queasy. Not sure if it's because of all the sugary snacks, if the excitement is too much for me to handle, or if it's a combination of both.

Although this time it could also be completely unrelated to Christmas because of my horrible habit of not going to the bathroom when I need to (I've had this happen a few times earlier this year).
