Dear EnglishJess and Albirea, I was referring to Albirea's Spy-Bots-Portals-Turrets sneakily installed in a college (if she didn't put them there, how would she know to take a picture of them? They were so well-camoflaged, they were almost invisible!)

They're Personality Cores, not portals or turrets! I wish I can say I made them, but I didn't. :(
It was an awesome hack, though (in both senses of the word)!
