Never go to Dubai on...actually, if you ever get the chance, go to Dubai. Anytime, you really can't go wrong. I would suggest going during the shopping festival however, as that would be the rightest time to go.

No :lol: One time I tried studying Welsh pronunciation was beyond my vocal chords.

Anyhow, it should be pronounced like this:
