I just want a day off where I can sleep or watch Netflix movies all day. That sounds nice.

It will be very difficult to stat the Portal Gun with GURPS. Of course, I could always make it a double wand of Create Gate/Portal and Dispel, but that would be both an anachronism and an anamerism.

It would probably evaporate after a given amount of matter entered, assuming it would be able to have enough mass at all...

The closest thing in the sourcebook is a teleport projector, but it is described as a booth or platform of some sort. Of course, it may be possible to turn it into a gun with a little division.
