A bacon sandwich. The bacon was well done. I misjudged the time needed to cook it. I used to like what used to be called Oscar Mayer bacon( it's had a name change a little while ago), but they stopped selling it in Sainsburys.
It's available via Amazon UK , but very expensive i.e 3x 200 g for £19.45 inc delivery charge!

A handful of organic roasted pistachios. They're my favorite nut. Does anyone recall when the only way you could buy pistachios was when they were dyed bright red and the red dye would get on your hands? I'm guessing that dye wasn't very healthy.
