You'll get to it eventually as I too often feel the same way.

Why are things so complicated?
Not only complicated but requiring me to contact multiple persons to sort things out I don't fully understand.
And then these offices are on holiday and unable to be contacted until a certain date.
I can feel myself sinking further into debt.

It's very complicated being human. All the things we have to learn and know something about to make good
choises, it's never ending.

I like the winter months, but can't wait for it to get warmer because I pretty much intend to take over the garden come spring with a vegetable plot, I have a serious plan going on in this regard. Love to garden.

my sister has this portable charger. i took it with me when i want to europe, and it may have saved my life.

How is it that characters in the books I write have become as close as family to me?

you clearly spend a lot of time with them, you've watched them grow and know every little thing about them.

in that case, one is bound to become very close to them, regardless if they don't really exist in the flesh.

i feel the same way about my own characters, sometimes.

I've written stories in which terrible things happen to them, written them dying, changed their names...

well still, it doesn't have to be all positive.

you can bond through crappy times too.

A lot of the characters die in my books. That's not the first time I've noticed that. I'm fond of making 'decoy' heroes that seem to be the main characters, but actually aren't for various reasons. One of the biggest rules is that no characters can ever be resurrected after death [though some do reincarnate, but with erased or fragmented memories about their previous life/lives].
