I must be getting myself to sleep. I used to stay up until 12, if I didn't have to work, the next day. Not anymore. My sleep aids are starting to work. I haven't drinken any coffee, in three days. I'm very proud of myself.

Yesterday I talked with again a new 'care' coach. A psychologist/para-psychologist who also, I found out today after some internet searching, knows a bit about homeopathy, reiki, feet-reflex, Bach-remedy, other 'soft practices'. And can I just say, 'oinky oinky oink oink'.

I'm a person who tries to give, a priori, everybody the benefit of the doubt but.... I don't know. Well, she was friendly and all and one part of me likes to cooperate but probably a bigger part almost screams, 'leave me the f*ck alone', 'you carebizz w*nkers'.
