I confess that I used to hate The Big Bang Theory and what I saw of the first seasons was a snooze. But I really find the newer seasons much, much better; they are actually funny!

I confess I am clueless about keeping an anxiety log, because it's supposed to reveal my inner dialog. I have very little inner dialog, just pictures, associations, and emotional ties. I worry how to translate that in an understandable manner..
