I went to the post office & picked up my Haldol/Haloperidol. I was worried the postal carrier wouldn't leave me a delivery slip & the tracking number I had did not work on the postal website but the carrier left me a slip yesterday.

I've been a much happier person since I've let go of a 5 year grudge against a cisgendered woman who rubbed the differences in men's and women's physical strength in my nose in 2011. Being F to M without the operation isn't the first thing on my mind anymore. I have everyday things on my mind now. :)

I was at the traffic lights behind a silver ecoboost Mustang today! 8) I'd seen a few glimpses of it around town for the last week or so and today I finally got to properly gawk at it. It didn't sound impressive. Then some P plater who was at the lights too decided to be erm, "size insecure", and overtake it in his shitbox Camry before cutting it off at the roundabout :|

Dealer got back to me and the VIN he gave matches 1 of the 6 possibilities I narrowed down yesterday :D

RoRO carrier should be in the Pacific half way to French Polynesia right now. These things move pretty fast because they're lighter than normal cargo ships.

Though I do wonder about that cyclone....

Well, today I was listening to some old podcasts episodes of Hack on Triple J and I discovered that they did a story on Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) videos that people post up on YouTube. It basically involves people whispering into the microphone as well as making ambient noises to help create a tingling sensation within the viewer's brain that causes them to relieve stress as well as anxiety symptoms.

So far I've only listened to the examples that were played during the story (which were very effective and helped me calm down a little bit more), and I heard that there has been some controversy regarding how effective it actually is. But it's good to know that I have a few extra resources to use whenever I start to feel overwhelmed by things going on in life. :D
