Washing machine is semi-working again. I dunno what it is but it seems to work if I babysit the machine through to just before the end of the rinse cycle. At which point I lift the lid and pull the plug out of the wall, put it back in and set it to spin cycle only. Though with the second load of clothes I did today it gingerly went through all 3 wash cycles by itself.

Just to think I almost bought a front loader yesterday. When it came to going to the front counter to pay I walked out because they wouldn't deliver it between 1-2pm tomorrow "Sorry, we can turn up anytime after mid morning onwards" they said. I would have had to take most of the day off work just to wait for the damn thing. It'd be funny if the purchase and delivery is still scheduled in their system though. I could get a free washing machine tomorrow :P

The jackass finally moved out! And none too soon. I found out from one of my housemates how clueless I actually am. Turns out the jackass is bi-, and a paedophile. Until recently, he was porking 12-16 year old boys in his room. Excuse me while I head to the bathroom and puke out my guts....

Cats have that effect on people :) I came home and I called my cat and she came running, meowing and purring at my feet, that was the highlight of day.
