update status- I have tried to upload a video to YouTube previous but, the process did not work, though I followed the procedures properly.

I've come up with a new way to make pancakes. I'm going to make dough cakes. I'll make the dough, flatten it and fry it in a pan.

Canberra is the capital of Australia. I have never heard of it, I thought it was either Brisbane or Sidney.

Have you ever made pan doughnuts?
You use SR flour, cream and lemonade or ginger ale.
Make a thick dough.
Fry in pan.
Mmmm.

Also...fried porridge.
Make porridge.
Let cool.
Form into pancakes.
Fry in lashings of butter.

Right now I have anxiety, but something positive is that earlier today I felt better then I have felt for a very long time. It was strange. Suddenly I felt more relaxed, more safe and more whole. It was so good.
