I had a bit of a freak out in the supermarket. I was already feeling anxious, and this tiny old lady pushed her trolley towards me. I moved away, she came closer...I moved further away, she came even closer. Then she said 'Excuse me...?' and I ran.

She probably wanted me to reach something high up for her and now that I'm home I feel a bit silly. My head is not good today.

That my mom thinks the traffic here in Genosha is super bad, yeah right for not far the traffic is much worse

Examining my house.
How shoddy some of the workmanship is.
It looks like levels weren't invented when it was built.
Nothing is square.
Some mouldings aren't even attached.
You can pull them right off the wall and there's not a nail hole in sight.
They're just wedged in.
There's a moulding in the kitchen that looks absolutely out of place and bizarre.
It's making me feel uneasy.

People think it's weird how I like to do things by hand.
Like I will sweep and rake instead of using a leaf blower.
I rarely use a vacuum cleaner either.
I wash clothes by hand.
I still use the old hand shears for clipping my garden.
I did buy a reciprocating saw for cutting firewood but I still use the hand saw most of the time.
Doing things by hand gives me more satisfaction.

Shopping for books/video games still often involves going to a mall of some kind. Malls are like kryptonite to me. Online shopping it is!

Why are malls so bad? The one in my town is, let's face it, dying, and I really miss going to shop there.

(The stained glass dome on the ceiling that let sunlight through was so beautiful! :mrgreen: )

There are no malls where I live. :lol: Just shopping centers.

I get overwhelmed by the harsh, intense lighting, overly loud, obnoxious music, crowds, and noises, sights, and smells everywhere.
