I just stayed during the whole thing to make sure my cousin was okay during her surgery even though I was really sick back when I was little and she all but ignored me so she could spend time with some boy.

God I hate her so much but I don't know why I keep hanging out with her even though I know she'll just metaphorically backstab me in the end.

They had screwed down the lamp in the kitchen yesterday, and repainted the ceiling. They had also layed down the vinyl floor in the bathroom, and it looked really good. I bought varnish, a painting brush, and what I need to do the doorsteps. I will probably have three layers of varnish. Anne helped me getting the stepladder back home, so that I can start with the cleaning process. Since I will most likely be moving in a couple of months it's ok if I start cleaning things like the ceilings and the walls.

ceilings and walls ought to be clean, even if nobody new is moving in soon...

"ceiling painter" sounds like grueling work. i fear it will drip in my face.

....

third day back in classes and i've already left a belonging behind back there :jester: i didn't notice i had forgotten something, my umbrella, until i had already gotten to my car on the complete other side of campus.

instead of walking all the way back to get it, decided to cruise over to the near lot, park there and sprint over to get it...but all the lots there were for carpools, which requires a permit i don't have, and i don't trust the parking gremlins to slap ANOTHER ticket on my windshield the SECOND i turn off the camry.

it was 8:30 at night, most everyone is gone by then.

People think it's weird how I like to do things by hand.
Like I will sweep and rake instead of using a leaf blower.
I rarely use a vacuum cleaner either.
I wash clothes by hand.
I still use the old hand shears for clipping my garden.
I did buy a reciprocating saw for cutting firewood but I still use the hand saw most of the time.
Doing things by hand gives me more satisfaction.

I also like doing things by hand to some degree. I'm afraid of doing mistakes in my new apartment though, so I'm actually going to pay the firm to help me screw up some things to the walls. I like being creative, and coming up with practical solutions to things. I understand the satisfaction of doing things on your own.

... One day I would ride my mom's motorcycle, and travel to several cities just because I can't afford a bus ticket.

Well, I could go for series of jeepney rides that would costs me more or less as half to 10x cheaper.

Hm? I like that, most of the time I like the music and even though I do get overwhelmed by the smells and crowds, it makes me feel like I'm one of the normal cool kids.

(Though they moved my favorite store to pier park. :x )

Forcing yourself to go to places that you know are overwhelming just to seem 'normal' or 'cool' only causes negative reactions inside you.

I hardly know their going on anymore. I just ignore them.

Besides, my mom prefers malls because she wants me to try on clothes to make sure they fit.

Not sure on the ivory.

I forget.

If only there was a huge mammal that never forgot, and had big ears and tusks and oh we shot them all.

Sorry future people.
