Seems quite a few people are ill in this thread. Hopefully you'll all feel better soon.

I forgot how noisy school was. I also left my iPod at home, so now I have a headache that's making me barely able to stand. My arch nemesis is also in my fifth period class, so I'm pissed about that too. It may be automatic, but they went over the student schedules three times. Maybe they didn't do a proper background check to find the restraining order that was filed against her.

I'm taking my computer to school for now on. :cry:

EDIT: The power also went out due to a car crashing into Scappoose's main power station. Half the town was dark for about an hour.

Wow, that doesn't sound good at all Makayla. Are you going to say something to the school officials about the person you have the restraining order against being in your fifth period class? I hope the headache goes away and you feel better soon. It sounds like you have had a difficult day.

I went out shopping today which always sucks though the walk is great for me. I was getting really annoyed because I couldn't find a couple of items I was looking for. So I asked a store clerk to help me locate the items and she wasn't sure herself where they were because they rearranged the store. We found one of the items, the other item, the store doesn't carry.

My mom is taking care of it right now. The headache went down a couple of notches, because I took some ibuprofen.

I think I accidentally made my younger brother angry with me. I think he overheard me talking to my mom. I was telling her that I was sorry she had to hear him complain about his relationship problems as soon as she got home from a long shift at work. He didn't even tell her hello first or ask how her day was; he just started in about his problems - which I thought was incredibly rude and selfish of him.

I was talking to my mom on the porch and my brother was in the garage. I saw him through the sliding glass door coming back into the house. He glared at me the whole time he walked by and has been holed up in his room listening to music ever since.

I feel bad about hurting his feelings, but he has to learn that you don't jump down people's throats with your problems as soon as they walk in the door. They have lives too and are dealing with their own stress. I used to do that just as my brother does now, but then my parents had a talk with me about it, and now I don't talk to my parents about my problems whenever they have to work long shifts. Instead I write about my problems in my diary.

Going against the theme of this thread - I'm happy to hear she's taking care of it and that your headache is not as intense. Hopefully tomorrow it will be gone.

Imagine a turtle.

The turtle is ret*d, blind, and deaf.

The turtle has four broken legs.

The turtle is covered in tar.

Transferring money to PayPal is slower than this turtle.

It just takes practice - many of the words you see in Russia are actually perfectly familiar once you get the hang of reading cyrillic.

Супермаркет = Supermarket, for example
