I just wasn't able to sleep last night, and I ended waking up at 2:30 PM my time.

"False guilt"?

With all due respect, how do you know if my purported feelings of guilt are real or not?

all feelings are real, but the feeling of guilt with no purpose is false guilt.

But I believe it's a depraved act, which tarnishes me.

where did you get that idea?

I have no idea; I just know that it makes me feel bad about myself.

The light bulb in my computer room has just burned out and I can't find any new ones, and it's getting late and it's very wet out so I think I should wait until tomorrow when I go out for groceries to buy more, and I don't have a lot of money anyway because my check has not arrived yet.

Please excuse my tyoingh erros, as it's getting too dark to see the letters on my keyboard.

Even though I can (somewhat) touch type, I still find myself looking at the keys pretty often too. I kinda wish they made normal keyboards with braille on each key so that they would all have distinct markings you could feel. That, and it would be a good way for sighted people to learn braille. :D

you aren't hurting anyone. you are doing something the medical community sees as healthy. does doing other fun things make you feel guilty? or have you picked up negative attitudes about sex from some outdated culture?

I have a rather strict moral code, and I always berate myself when I fail to adhere to it.

Perhaps it could use an amendment...

My mom got a call back from the insurance company about a car I hit a few days ago...They said that the damage was over 1000 dollars! It made me feel like a useless mess up... My mom doesn't have any money to spare and I made her insurance rates go up.

A bad dream that felt very real, so real that I can't be sure it wasn't. This is going to f**k me up for days.

As a consequence of discontinuing my medication, Citalopram, I am rather tired, groggy, and extremely irritable.

Two things come to mind - one, I had to reveal at least some of the alexithymia to a few people in an interest group and they all looked at me like I was a serial killer. Two, I had really bad hiccups for over an hour.
