I rarely eat them, but before the days of McDonald's and KFC, most Australians used to call them "chips" and eat them with tomato sauce (ketchup) or vinegar. However, my Dutch in-laws have taught me to appreciate them with mayonnaise. (I bet Wallourdes eats his that way. :wink: )
